Aditi Banga leads Shopping Partnerships at Instagram, where she’s helped shape the direction of creator commerce on the platform over the past three years. She has experience guiding both emerging talent and established public figures across industries like music, entertainment, sports, beauty, and more bring to life their merchandise and brand aspirations. Prior to Instagram, Aditi spent over a decade working in entertainment and e-commerce, most recently at Apple on their movies and TV strategy.

Summer Munger, Performance Director at Trade School, is a self-proclaimed "numbers nerd, storytelling specialist, and measurement maverick". They are an expert in influencer ROI through affiliate methodology, with notable clients such as The Home Depot.

Brian Hovis, CEO of Hypeach, brings extensive knowledge of the fashion industry, as well as performance and influencer marketing, to the panel. Formerly the SVP, Global Head of Digital Marketing at Citi, and VP, Full-Price Business at Nordstrom, Brian is now CEO of Hypeach, a women's fashion and accessories brand based in California.
